摘    要:研究采用廉价的石灰和AHZ沉降剂对糖蜜酒精废液做沉降处理,再用新型的水处理剂二氧化氯做后处理.初步考察了pH、CaO用量、AHZ沉降剂用量、搅拌时间等因素对沉降结果的影响,并对其沉降、脱色机理进行了探讨.该处理工艺简单、周期短、占地少、投资不大,按照实验选择的条件进行处理,COD去除率达到81.0%,脱色效果明显.

Abstract:Inexpensive lime and AHZ precipitator are used to precipitate molasses alcohol wastewater. Then, a new type of water treatment agent, chlorine dioxide, is used for post-treatment. The effects of pH, CaO dosage, AHZ precipitator dosage, stirring time, etc. on the result of precipitation have been investigated preliminarily.The mechanisms of preciptation and decoloration are discussed. This method is characterized by simple process, short running period, small space, low investment. Based on the conditions given, its COD removal rate reaches 81.0%, with remarkable decoloration rate.
