螺旋内翅片管内充分发展流体流动与传热的数值分析

摘    要:采用常规模型对一种新型螺旋翅形裂解炉管内充分发展的流体流动与传热进行了数值分析。采用变量置换法把控制方程由原来的三维问题转化为计算平面内的二维问题,并采用SIMPLEC方法计算考察了周向恒壁温、轴向恒热流的螺旋内翅片管内充分发展条件下的流体流动与传热问题,得到了与实验值相近的结果。进一步用所述的方法对相同横截面的直翅和螺旋翅片管内的流场和温度场进行了数值模拟研究,它揭示了螺旋翅片管相对于直翅管而言阻力增加而传热效率下降的机制。

Abstract:The standard k two-equation model was used to simulate numerically the fullydeveloped fluid flow and heat transfer in a spiral finned tube of cracking furnace for ethylenemanufacturing. By variable transformation. the original 3-D problem was converted into a 2-Dproblem ill spiral coordinates. The algorithm of SIMPLEC was used to study the fully developed fluidflow and heat transfer in such a spiral finned tube under the conditions of constant periphery tubetemperature and constant axial heat flux. The calculated results were practically coincident with theexperimental ones . Further study on fluid flow and temperature profile for both straight and spiralfinned tube at different Reynolds' number explained the mechanism of the increased pressure dropand reduced heat transfer in a spiral finned tube comparing to a straight finned tube.
