微斜长石粉体水热合成六方钾霞石及其表征(英文)

摘    要:在KOH溶液浓度为6~10mol/L,水热反应温度为240~280℃,反应时间为2~8h的条件下,研究了以微斜长石粉体为原料水热合成六方钾霞石的可行性。X射线衍射分析结果表明:合成产物为纯相的六方钾霞石,没有非晶态物质和其它KAlSiO4的多型。Fourier变换红外光谱、29Si和27Al MAS核磁共振分析表明合成的六方钾霞石晶体结构中Si和Al是完全有序的。扫描电子显微镜研究结果表明:合成产物的形态为六方板状,晶粒尺寸约为800~1000nm。与其它合成六方钾霞石的方法相比,本方法原料来源广泛,成本低廉,合成条件温和,工业应用前景广泛。

Abstract:A pure kalsilite was synthesized with 6-10 mol/L KOH solution via a hydrothermal treatment of microcline powder,which was prepared from a syenite rich in potassium,aluminum and silicon,at 240-280 ℃ for 2-8 h in a hydrothermal reactor.The X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the product had a single phase without noncrystalline precursors or other polymorphic forms of KAl-SiO4.The spectra by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and 29Si and 27Al magic-angle-spinning nuclear magnetic resonance confirmed the purity and the completely Si/Al ordered structure of kalsilite.The images by scanning electron microscopy indicated that the crystals appeared hexagonal morphology with the sizes from 800 to 1 000 nm.Compared to other synthesis methods,this hydrothermal treatment method could be promising in industrial production due to the use of microcline as an abundant and cheap raw material and the moderate synthetic condition.
