SnO2/硅灰石抗静电材料的制备及性能

摘    要:以硅灰石为原料,五水四氯化锡为沉淀包覆剂,采用化学沉淀法,制备了一种纳米SnO2/硅灰石复合抗静电粉体材料;采用比表面积仪、粒度仪、白度仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和红外光谱仪对复合材料进行了表征,并探讨了复合粉体的抗静电机理。结果表明:硅灰石表面均匀地包覆了一层纳米SnO2,比表面积由3.2 m2/g提高到4.7m2/g,中位径D50由7.62μm降低到7.01μm,电阻率从10.683k.cm降到了2.533k.cm。

Abstract:Using wollastonite as raw material,stannic chloride as coating modifier,the nano-SnO2/wollastonite composite was ob-tained by the chemical depositing method.The composite was characterized by surface area analyser,grain size analyser,whiteness apparatus,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,Fourier transform infrared and transmission electron microscope.Meanwhile,the mechanism of antistatic ability was analyzed.The results show that the surface of wollastonite is coated with a nano-SnO2 layer,the specific surface area is increased from 3.2 m2/g to 4.7 m2/g,the median particle diameter of D50 is reduced from 7.62 to 7.01 μm and the resistivity declines from 10.683 to 2.533 kΩ?cm.
