焦炉燃烧室-炭化室热过程数值模拟及解耦算法

摘    要:考虑焦炉燃烧室-炭化室的复杂结构和多过程耦合的传输现象,建立了焦炉燃烧室-炭化室的数理模型,针对直接耦合数值模拟计算量大、难以收敛的问题,提出并采用两种解耦算法对焦炉燃烧室-炭化室的燃烧、流动和传热过程进行了数值模拟,并将计算结果与现场实测值进行了比较。计算结果表明,与直接耦合数值模拟相比,两种解耦数值算法具有简单易行、计算量小、能得到收敛和较精确的解等优点,算法二与算法一相比计算量有所增大,但由于其更接近实际工况,具有更好的通用性。本文提出的两种解耦数值算法,对焦炉燃烧室-炭化室等复杂结构、多过程耦合的数值模拟具有一定的理论指导意义,并期望为其他类似复杂传输过程的数值模拟简化处理提供参考。

Abstract:A mathematical model for combustion,fluid flow and heat transfer in combustion and carbonization chambers of coke oven was established to describe coupled transport phenomena in the chambers with complex structures.Since it is time-consuming and difficult to converge for coupling numerical simulation,two different decoupling numerical methods were proposed and performed.The two decoupling simulation methods are less time-consuming and easier to be applied with good accuracy and faster convergence compared with the coupling method.One of the decoupling methods is preferred to the other because its results match the actual condition better,although it is more time-consuming.It is expected that these two decoupling numerical methods could supply alternative ways for numerical simulation of transport phenomena in combustion and carbonization chambers of coke oven,and be helpful for other similar simulations of complicated transport processes.
