大掺量混合材水泥的助磨技术

摘    要:研究了在混磨工艺下,掺木质磺酸盐、糖类化合物、偏硅酸盐、多元醇胺对大掺量混合材水泥的颗粒级配与强度发展的影响规律。结果表明:木质磺酸盐、糖类化合物、偏硅酸盐对大掺量混合材水泥均具有明显的助磨作用,掺偏硅酸盐、糖类化合物或其与多元醇胺复合可明显提高大掺量混合材水泥的早期强度;同时,糖类化合物、偏硅酸盐的价格远远低于传统的多元醇胺系列助磨剂,因此具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Influences of adding lignin sulfonate,sugar-based compound,metasilicate and alkanolamine are studied on particle size distribution and strength development of cement containing high volume content of mineral admixtures when all raw materials of cement are ground in only one mill.The results show that each of lignin sulfonate,sugar-based compound and metasilicate can greatly improve grinding efficiency of cement containing high volume content of mineral admixtures.Early age strength of cement is evidently increased by addition of metasilicate,sugar-based compound or sugar-based compound plus alkanolamine.At the same time,due to their lower prices than the traditional alkanolamin-based grinding agent,metasilicate and sugar-based compound have great significance for application.
