| 摘 要： | 对远期合约、期货合约、期权合约等金融衍生工具在电力市场中的应用作了研究。认为电力金融合约市场的建立有助于电力现货市场稳定有序的发展 ,同时对电力金融合约市场中的风险控制问题进行了讨论 ,并提出了具体的建议。

| Abstract: | The appliantion of the financial deriratire tools, such as long-term contract, futures contract and swaps contract, in power market is studied and conclud that the establishment of power financial contract market is benificial to the stable and orderly development of power spot market and a dicmssion on the risk control in power financial contract market is carried out and the recommandation is suggested. |
