Discussion about electric power communication resource management system

With the continuous improvement of the electric power communication network and the diversification of communication means and facilities,the rapid dispatching and effective management of overall network resources becomes very important. The construction of the electric power communication network resource management system becomes vital to strengthen the centralized management of the network resource,improve the efficiency of the network management. This paper introduces the theories,technology and function structure of the electric power communication resource management system,combining with the characteristics of the electric power system communication,a thorough analysis about the design principles and selection of technologies of the electric power communication network resource management system is given out,and the suggestions about process of constructing the system are discussed too.
