合成甲醇中的杂质乙醇成因及含量的测定

摘    要:为解决甲醇产品中杂质乙醇的影响问题,对4种甲醇生产工艺中的造气工艺、合成工艺、粗甲醇和精甲醇成分进行考查并检验分析,总结出合成甲醇过程中,杂质乙醇的成因主要是合成气中的碳氢化合物含量引起的,并对工业甲醇中乙醇含量的测定方法进行了比较。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems caused by impure alcohol on the quality of methanol,4 technologies for methanol production were analyzed.The gasification,synthesis,composition of crude and purified methanol were examined.It indicates that the formation of impure alcohol is resulted from hydrocarbons in the synthesis gas.Finally,the determination methods of ethanol in the industrial methanol were compared.
