催化裂化装置烟气轮机故障分析及处理

摘    要:催化裂化装置能量回收机组运行中经常因各种原因发生故障停车,在各类故障中由于烟气轮机故障而导致机组停车占有很大的比例。通过对中国石油抚顺石化公司150万t/a重油催化装置能量回收机组烟气轮机的总结分析,认为故障原因主要集中在催化剂堆积引起转子动不平衡、动叶片磨损、轮盘冷却蒸汽使用不当、热态对中不良以及叶片断裂等方面,并就如何实现烟气轮机长周期安全高效运行进行了探讨。

Abstract:In catalytic cracking plant, energy recovery unit frequently shut down for many kinds of reasons while running, one of which was often due to the breakdown of gas turbine. After analyzing the gas turbine in 1 500 kt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Petrochina Fushun Petrochemical Co. Ltd., the main reasons causing breakdown were followings, rotor unbalance by catalyst accumulation, blade wear, improper use of roulette cooling steam, thermal state of the negative, blade fracture. Discussion was made in order to assure fume turbine running safely in long-cycle and efficient operation.
