摘    要:通过建立等效近似光学系统,研究了激光加工用的抛物面反射聚焦系统的光学变换特征,并根据标量衍射理论,导出任意给定入射光束在通过光学系统后不同空间平面上光束的强度分布,并对实际检测的高功率高阶混合多模激光束通过聚焦系统后的光强分布做了详细的计算。结果表明,衍射计算的结果与实验相吻合。

Abstract:This paper uses an equivalent approximate optical system to study the optical transformation characters of parabolic mirror systems which have been applied to the laser heat treatment.Based on scalar diffraction theory and for arbitrary incidence laser beams,intensity distributions in different spatial planes behind an optical system are derived.Finally,simulated calculations of intensity distributions after focusing system of practical incidence laser are given.The results were agreed with the experiments.
