| 摘 要： | 本文简单介绍了测头的分类．经过比较，选用了某一型号的模拟测头．经过该测头在齿轮测量中心上的实验研究，设计出了一块模拟测头接口卡．该卡解决了模拟测头信号的解调与处理以及传感器值的读取与存储的问题．经过对采集到的测头数据进行分析可知该卡能够达到整个系统的性能要求．

| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces the classification of the probe. A kind of analog-probe was selected by comparing. Through the experiment＆research in the Gear Measuring Center using the probe, a piece of analogprobe tie-in board was worked out. The board deals with the demodulation＆processing of the analog-probe＇ s signal and the reading＆storage of the sensor＇ s result. Through analyse the probe＇ s data, we can know that the board could satisfy the index of the system. |
