石油化工工业腐蚀监测技术的最新发展

摘    要:近几年来,由于各企业大量加工进口高含硫原油,加工装置的腐蚀问题受到足够的重视,从而促进了炼油设备腐蚀监测技术,的快速发展。对在线式电化学监测技术,电阻探针监测技术、电感探针监测技术以及腐蚀监测局域网和腐蚀监测国际互联网等技术的发展进行了综述,并介绍了新开发的监测技术的应用情况。

Abstract:As increasing amount of imported high-sulfur crude oils are processed in the refineries and petrochemical plants, great effort has been made to control the corrosion of the process units, which leads to a rapid development of testing techniques for refinery equipment corrosion. Here described are the development of on-line electro-chemical testing process, electric-resistance microprobe technique, inductance microprobe technique, local area network and world wide web for corrosion testing and monitoring. The application of the new testing technologies is also introduced.
