高强高导电铜合金耐蚀性研究

摘    要:采用乙酸盐雾试验和电化学方法对Cu-Ag和Cu-Fe-P两种高强高导电铜合金的腐蚀行为进行研究。通过SEM,EDS和XRD等方法分析合金的腐蚀形貌及腐蚀产物的组成。研究表明:Cu-Fe-P合金比Cu-Ag合金有更好的耐蚀性能。微量Fe和P的同时加入,可以综合利用Fe的细化晶粒和P的脱氧作用,细化和净化合金组织,在提高合金强度和电导率的同时改善合金的耐蚀性。

Study on Corrosion Resistance of High-strength and High-conductivity Copper Alloy
Abstract:The corrosive behavior of Cu-Ag and Cu-Fe-P was investigated with acetic acid salt spray (AASS) and electrochemical test.The corrosion morphology was studied by means of SEM and the corrosion products were analyzed by means of EDS and XRD.The results indicate that Cu-Fe-P has the better corrosion resistance compare with Cu-Ag.With the grain refining effect of Fe and the deoxygenation effect of P, the additions of Fe and P to the copper can improve the strength, conductivity and corrosion resistance of alloy by refine grain and clean the alloy.
