摘    要:研究了矿用重型刮板输送机的实际工况和受力状态,在考虑链条的非线性、输送机中部槽的弹性和间隙、链轮与链条啮合特性等因素的基础上,建立了刮板输送机非线性、时变性、动力耦合的有限元模型;构造了输送机线路的形态函数,实现了计算机自动建模;通过实例对输送机启动、自由停机、异常载荷、卡链、链条节距差和链轮驱动多边形效应等工况下的动力学问题进行了数字仿真.结果表明:控制启动方式有利于降低输送机的动张力,启动前链条静张力的分布对启动特性影响较大,链条节距误差对头尾驱动链轮的功率分配有较大的影响,卡链位置对冲击载荷影响很大,链轮的齿数越少,多边形效应越明显.

Abstract:Studied the actual working and strained condition of scraper conveyor,established a nonlinear,time-variant,dynamic coupled finite element model of scraper conveyor,with taking into account the factors,such as the non-linear of chains,the elasticity and gap of scraper conveyor chute,and the mesh characteristic of chain and wheel.Constructed the shape function of scraper conveyor line,realized the computer automatic modeling.Through examples carried on digital simulation for such issues as starting,freely stopping,unusual load,chain block,the difference of chain's pitches and polygon effect of sprocket wheel's driving.The results indicate that it is the best means to reduce the starting fluctuant load by controlling starting types of conveyor.The tension distributing of chains before starting has a great influence on starting characteristic.The discrepancy between chain pitches badly affects power distribution of the double-driving scraper conveyor.The position of chain block has a decisive influence on the impact load,the less the teeth,the more obvious the polygon effect is.
