凝胶色谱法净化硫氰酸钠溶剂的基础研究

摘    要:凝胶色谱法是一种有着广阔应用前景的硫氰酸钠溶剂净化技术。对凝胶色谱法净化腈纶一步法硫氰酸钠溶剂进行了研究,证实了该方法的可行性。系统考察了操作温度和流速对分离效果的影响,得到最大分离度时的操作温度为45℃,实验条件下流速和分离度的关系为R=3.16U-1/2。为凝胶色谱法腈纶工业的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Gel chromatography is an attractive technology to purify the sodium thiocyanate solvent of nitrilon industry.Systematic study was done for one-step nitrilon production process.The influence of temperature and flow rate to resolution was reviewed,which provided the theoretical foundation for industrial application.
