摘    要:以国家电网公司应用Q420 高强钢首批输电线路试点工程为依托,验证杆塔采用Q420 高强钢管的适应性和安全性。针对500 kV汉江大跨越直线塔主材采用Q420 钢管,进行了3种K形节点6 个试件的试验研究。对钢管节点受荷后的截面应力分布、主管侧向位移以及极限状态受力特征等进行了分析,通过试验为杆塔设计和输电线路安全运行提供了可靠的依据。试验证明,节点域加劲板的设置以及主管与支管间的夹角对节点的应力分布有重大影响。

Abstract:The Q420 high-strength steel pipe has been tested through pilot projects by the SGCC for its applicability and safety when applied to transmission towers.The large-span Hanjiang river-crossing towers for 500 kV transmission lines used the Q420 high-strength steel pipe as main members and three types of K-shaped nodes were tested with six specimens.An analysis was performed on the nodes under load in terms of the stress distribution on cross-section,lateral displacement of the main pipe and the ultimate stre...
