| 摘 要： | 针对中国石油广西石化1000万t/年炼油工程中的20000 m^3气柜大体积混凝土基础工程,分析了大体积混凝土裂缝产生的原因,并根据本工程混凝土体积大,一次浇筑成型,不留施工缝的施工特点,提出了控制混凝土的温度,防止裂缝切实可行的施工工艺,以确保混凝土的施工质量。

| Abstract: | According to the basic projects of the large bulk of concrete of 20 000 cubic meters gas holder in the petrol refining project of 10 million tons per year in Guangxi Petrochemical of Sino Petrol,it analyzes the reasons of the crack in large bulk of concrete.It puts forward the feasible construction technique of controlling the temperature of concrete and preventing crack according to the project features of the large bulk of concrete,one-time shapening and not leaving construction crack,so as to guarantee the construction quality of concrete. |
