基于ATmega16的双电源自动切换控制器

摘    要:提出一种以AVR单片机ATm ega16为核心、以断路器为控制对象的双电源自动切换开关控制器的设计方案。充分利用高性能AVR单片机的片内资源,以其片内A/D转换器实现电源电压监测,以其输入捕获测量电源频率并配合外部中断测量相序,以其SPI总线接口控制数码显示驱动器,以并行接口连接按键以便设置参数并利用片内EEPROM存储参数,以并行接口经过光耦隔离实现断路器监控。采取硬件和软件双重抗干扰措施提高控制器的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on AVR MCU ATmega16,a design scheme of an intellectualized controller is presented for dual sources automatic transfer switches with circuit-breakers in heavy-loaded distribution systems.The on-chip peripherals of the micro-controller are used adequately by measuring the voltage of the sources with its A/D converter,measuring the frequency and phase order of the sources by input capture and external interrupt function,connecting LED display driver with SPI interface.Critical parameters are set by panel and stored to the on-chip EEPROM.The status detection and driving control of circuit-breakers are performed by parallel interface with optical coupling.The reliability of the controller is enhanced by taking several measures both in hardware and software to prevent electromagnetic interference.
