| 摘 要： | 结合工作实践，分析了工程造价中存在的问题，从工程量的核算、套用单价的核实、费用的审核及工程造价的审核方法等方面进行了探讨，从设计和施工两个阶段就工程造价的管理提出了建议，以促进投资管理的完善，从而提高投资效果。
