强韧化热处理对ZQAl9-4铝铁青铜组织性能的影响

摘    要:研究了强韧化热处理对ZQAl9-4铝铁青铜组织性能的影响, 结果表明, 经优化热处理的ZQAl9-4铝铁青铜, 强度提高了60%, 硬度提高了1倍, 同时材料仍有良好的塑性和韧性, 从而提高了产品的使用寿命。

Abstract:The effects of heat-treatment toughening on the microstructure and performance of ZQAl9-4 Al-Fe bronze were investigated. Results show that the strength and hardness of ZQAl9-4 Al-Fe bronze was raised 60% and 1 times respectively, by optimized heat-treatment. Meanwhile the materials still possessed better plasticity and toughness. Therefore the service life of production was enhanced.
