| 摘 要： | 以氯乙酸母液和甲醇为基本原料,通过连续酯化的方法制备了氯乙酸甲酯。实验结果表明对氯乙酸母液首先进行预处理有利于酯化反应的进行;对甲基苯磺酸、固载磷钨酸的催化效果优于浓硫酸;母液与甲醇、催化剂的质量比对氯乙酸甲酯的质量收率存在显著影响;催化剂的使用次数对氯乙酸甲酯的质量收率也有一定影响。以固载磷钨酸为催化剂时,母液与甲醇的质量比宜在5.0∶3.0~5.0∶4.0范围内,其与催化剂的质量比宜在25∶2.0~20∶3.0范围内,固载磷钨酸的重复使用次数以5~6次为宜,在此条件下氯乙酸甲酯的质量收率可以保持在40%以上。
