显微组分对焦炭强度的影响

摘    要:论文采用1/3焦煤、肥煤及焦煤为原料,对其显微组分进行了定量分析,利用40 kg小焦炉模拟捣固炼焦,检测以1/3焦煤为主的不同配煤炼焦的焦炭质量,利用多项式回归及多元回归的方法,研究入炉煤的显微组分对焦炭强度的影响。研究结果表明,结构镜质组(T)的增加,对耐磨强度产生不利影响,而随着均质镜质组(C1)、基质镜质组(C2)及惰质组(I)的增加,耐磨强度出现最低值。通过多元线性回归,得到T、C1、C2、Ⅰ组分对M40及M10的回归方程,方程表明,Ⅰ组分对M10的影响明显,而C1组分对M40产生主要影响。

Abstract:Based on the quantitative analyses of maceral group, the stamp charged coking of several materials such as 1/3 coking coal,fat coal and coking coal were simulated in 40 kg coking oven with 1/3 coking coal as the major blending materials. The cokes made from coal mixtures with different blending ratio were characterized to study the effect of macerals on coke strength by polynomial regression and multiple linear regression analysis.
