摘    要:研究了溶聚丁苯橡胶(S-SBR)装置湿溶剂精制塔的精制效果与不同因素之间的关系。该塔的脱水效果受操作压力、汽提率等因素的影响,提高汽提率有利于改善产品的质量。脱重效果受汽提率及塔底排放量的影响.在塔顶压力为0.15MPa,汽提率为30%,塔底排放量为25kg/h时,有较好的结果。

Abstract:The relation between different factors and refining effects of moisture solvent refining column on S-SBR unit was investigated in this paper. The effect of dehydration was influenced by operation pressure and stripping rate. Increasing the stripping rate was good for improving the product quality. The deheavy effect was affected by stripping rate and the rate of bottom outlet stream. The optimum operation conditions are that the pressure at top tower is 0.15 MPa, stripping rate 30%, bottom outlet stream 25 kg/h.
