超细红磷阻燃剂的表面包覆研究

摘    要:采用无机氢氧化物及偶联剂对超细红磷阻燃剂进行包覆,制成微胶囊化红磷,以提高红磷的安定性。通过差热(DTA)、红外光谱(IR)、吸湿性测试等方法对微胶囊化红磷进行了表征,并对影响包覆效果的多种因素进行了初步研究。实验结果表明:经包覆的红磷安定性得到提高,吸湿率降低。

Abstract:Ultramicro red phosphorus flame retardant was encapsulated with inorganic hydroxide and coupling agent to improve its stability The prepared flame retardant was characterized by means of DTA,IR and water absorption rate test,and viarious factors which had effect on the encapsulating result were also studied The experiment results indicated that the stability of the micro encapsulated red phosphorus after the encapsulation was improved and the water absorption rate was lowed apparently
