摘    要:针对稠油油藏防砂开采和出砂冷采存在的局限性,提出采用有限出砂冷采的开采方式开采稠油,介绍了稠油有限出砂冷采技术的原理及有限出砂冷采生产管柱主要参数的设计原则。以苏丹某区块油藏为研究实例,用三维可视化地质建模软件建立了该区块油藏的三维非均质地质模型,对该区块油藏进行了单井和全区块生产动态历史拟合及有限出砂冷采数值模拟研究,在数值模拟结果良好的基础上,选取新完钻的单井进行了有限出砂冷采矿场试验,在单井矿场试验成功的基础上,对全区块的生产井采用有限出砂冷采方式开发,并取得了很好的开发效果,该技术对国内类似油藏的开发具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aimed at the limitation of cold production methods with sand prevention and sanding in heavy oil reservoirs, the production method of cold production with limited sanding is proposed, the mechanism of this technology is introduced, and the design principle of chief parameters of production string is put forward. One oil reservoir in Sudan is taken as a case of study, the geologic modeling software is used to establish the 3-D heterogeneous geologic model for this reservoir, and using the model carried out the production performance history matching of a single well and the whole reservoir of the block, and the numerical simulation of the cold production with limited sanding. Based on the good result of numerical simulation, one newly drilled single well is selected to take the pilot test of cold production with limited sanding, after which all the production wells in the block are converted to the cold production with limited sanding, and the satisfactory production performance is obtained as well. This technology can act as a reference in the selection of development methods for similar heavy oil reservoirs in China.
