Abstract:The work aims to study the anisotropy, tension-compression asymmetry and constitutive relationship of thin pure molybdenum sheet. Uniaxial tensile test of thin pure molybdenum sheet and thin pure molybdenum sheet with center hole and V-bending test of thin pure molybdenum sheet were carried out combined with FEM to deduce the mechanical properties and CPB06 yield criterion of materials, calibrate parameters of Swift reinforcement model, and verify the reliability of the model.Thin pure molybdenum sheet had certain in-plane anisotropy, tension-compression asymmetry, and normal anisotropy. Mechanical properties and constitutive model obtained through combination of experiment and FEM are in good agreement with the experimental results. It is concluded that the method of determining the mechanical properties of materials proposed in this paper is reliable and the constitutive model established can be used to guide the subsequent research.
