双组分纺黏法非织造布装置中纺丝箱体副箱技术研究

介绍了聚乙烯-聚丙烯双组分纺黏非织造布生产工艺流程。为保证双组分纺黏非织造布正常纺丝,将纺丝箱体中的分配管移出,设置纺丝箱体副箱。经过上述改进后,纺丝质量得到提高。该方法还可适用于其它原料的双组分纺黏非织造布生产。

Technical Research on the Attached Chamber of Spinning manifold for Bicomponent Spunbond Nonwovens Device

The production process of polyethylene-polypropylene spunbond nonwovens is introduced. In or-der to ensure the bicomponent spunbond nonwovens normal spinning, spinning manifold will be allocated inpipe out, the attached chamber of spinning manifold is set. After the improvement, spinning quality can beimproved. This method can also be applied to other raw materials to produce the bicomponent spunbondnonwovens.
