基于范数灰-云模型的装备保障效能评估方法

为综合分析装备保障水平并解决评价指标权重确定过于主观的问题，提出一种范数灰关联度指标权重计 算方法。建立装备保障能力评价指标体系及正态云隶属度评价模型，确定各定量评价结果隶属于评价等级的程度。 通过案例分析可知：该方法可改善评价结果过于主观、隶属度函数边界“过硬”等问题，具有较好的实用性。

Equipment Support Effectiveness Evaluation Method Based on Norm Grey Cloud Model

In order to comprehensively analyze the equipment support level and solve the problem that the weight of evaluation index is too subjective, a method for calculating the index weight of norm grey-correlation degree is proposed. The evaluation index system of equipment support capability and the normal cloud membership degree evaluation model are established to determine the degree of each quantitative evaluation result belonging to the evaluation level. The case study shows that this method can improve the evaluation results which are too subjective and the boundary of the membership function is too hard, so it has good practicability.
