精对苯二甲酸装置精制工段浆料分离方法浅析

摘    要:探讨了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置精制工段浆料分离曾使用过的主要方法,分析了几种方法的优缺点,比较了几种方法的综合能耗和成本。结果表明:相比传统离心分离,压力过滤分离在设备一次性投资和维护费用方面有较大优势,一次性投入金额可降低约2 000万元。压力过滤分离工艺中,一步法由于具有流程短、设备数量少的优点,在设备投资和维护成本方面优于二步法,综合能耗和运行费用更是大大降低,吨成品消耗可降低近10 kg标油,每年可节省运行成本600万~800万元,最后还探讨了一步法进一步优化的可能性。

Slurry Separation Techniques of Purified Terephthalic Acid Plant

Abstract:The main techniques used for separation of the PTA slurry were discussed in this paper.The advantages and disadvantages of different techniques were analyzed and the comprehensive energy consumption and the cost were compared.The results showed that compared with traditional centrifugal separation,pressure filtration separation had advantages on one-time investment and maintenance cost of the equipments,one-time investment could be reduced by nearly 20 million yuan.Compared with two-step pressure filtration technique,one-step technique had advantages on the equipment investment and maintenance costs because of its shorter process and fewer number of equipments,and had lower consumption of energy and operation cost,the comprehensive energy consumption could be reduced by nearly 10 kg Eo/t PTA and the operation cost could be reduced by(6~8) million yuan every year.The possibility for one-step technique to be optimized was also discussed in this paper.
