低熔点再生聚酯皮芯复合短纤维的性能表征

摘    要:通过考察不同热处理温度、时间下低熔点聚酯皮芯复合短纤维干热收缩及结构形貌的变化情况,摸索出此类纤维特征指标的表征方法。结果表明:低熔点聚酯皮芯复合短纤维的单纤维干热收缩率在一定的热处理时间下,随着热处理温度的升高而增大;在一定的热处理温度下,随热处理时间的延长略有增加。随着热处理温度的提高,纤维的纵向、横截面及纤维间的形貌会发生不同的变化,以此可作为评价纤维皮芯熔融或黏性流动的依据。

The Performance Characterization of Sheath-Core Composite Recycled Polyester Staple Fibers with Low Melting Point Polyester

Abstract:In this research, the shrinkage and morphology structure of sheath-core composite staple fiberswith low melting point polyester were studied under the different temperature and time to find the character-ization method of feature index. The results showed that the dry shrinkage of sheath-core composite staplefibers with low melting point polyester increased with the increassing of heat treatment temperature at thesame time, and also increased with the increasing of heat treatment time at the same temperature. Alongwith the increasing heat treatment temperature, the longitudinal or transverse cross section and the morphol-ogy of the fibers were changed, which could be used as a reference for evaluating melt or viscous flow ofsheath-core composite staple fiber.
