智能调温面料的交联沉积工艺

摘    要:在选用2D树脂作为交联剂对涤-棉织物的交联工艺进行研究和分析时,由于质量增加率对织物热活性影响较大,且2D树脂会使织物强力下降,因此以织物的质量增加率和强度下降率作为评价指标,采用单因素分析法对2D树脂用量、催化剂Mg Cl_2·6H_2O与柠檬酸摩尔比、烘焙温度、烘焙时间进行分析,通过正交试验分析法确定涤/棉织物的最佳交联工艺为:2D树脂30 g/L,Mg Cl_2·6H_2O与柠檬酸(10 g/L)摩尔比6∶1,烘焙温度140℃,烘焙时间165 s,浴比1∶20。

Cross-Linking Reaction of Interlligent Thermo-Regulated Fabric

Abstract:In the study and analysis of the cross-linking process of polyester/cotton fabric with 2D resin as cross-linking agent, due to the gain weight of fabric had a greater influence on the thermal activity, 2D resin could make fabric strength decline, therefore, the weight gain rate and strength drop rate as the evaluation indexes were chosen. Using the single factor analytic method to analyze 2D resin concentration, catalyst MgCl_2·6H_2O/citric acid molar ratio, curing temperature and curing time, then through orthogonal test method to determine the optimal cross-linking deposition process of polyester/cotton fabric were: the concentration of2 D resin 30 g/L, Mg Cl_2·6H_2O/citric acid(3 g/L) molar ratio 6∶1, curing temperature 140 ℃, curing time165 s, liquor ratio 1∶20.2D resin, cross-linking reaction, the single factor analytic method, orthogonal test method
