| 摘 要： | 本文用机械冲制凸点储能凸焊法研究了彩色涂层钢板与冷轧钢板无损焊接工艺，其中探讨了充电电压、电极压力、凸点及其分布等对接头强度的影响，指出喷溅是降低焊点强度的主要原因，还系统讨论了装饰面涂层的损伤问题。

| Abstract: | The projection welding proecsses of precoated steel sheet with the methods of embossed projections and capacitor discharging welding are studied.The effects of charging voltage,electrode force, projections and its arrangements on joint strength are investigated.It is pointed out that splashing is the main factor reducing joint strength.The problem of destructions of decorated surface due to welding is also discussed. |
