倒U型还原蒸馏联合炉过道加热器结构形式的探讨

摘    要:探讨了海绵钛生产还原蒸馏倒U型联合炉过道加热器结构改进方案,将非密闭3段式过道管加热器改成密闭2段式,并将砌筑耐火材料改为整体浇铸成型,进行了10炉生产实验。实验结果表明,改进后的过道加热器解决了电热体的安装定位问题,避免了短路和接地现象发生,降低了能耗,减少了电热体和过道管的氧化程度,提高了生产效率;但是仍存在过道加热器端盖和过道管明显变形,过道加热器的中间结合部有少量的氯化镁积存等现象,需进一步研究解决。

Abstract:The reformed construction of the passage heater and pipe in the reverse "U" reduction-disillation connecting furnace for producing sponge Ti is discussed. After the improvement,the passage heater has become airtight and monoblock cast,which results in the decrease of the energy consumption,reduction of oxidation for heat elements and passage pipe,enhancement of the sponge Ti yield,and simplifying the operations. The existent problems are the markble deformation of the passage pipe and heating end,storing up MgCl2 powder in small guantity between the two passage heaters.
