Al60Mn13Ti25V2金属间化合物的高温氧化行为研究

摘    要:研究了不同热处理后的Al60Mn13Ti25V2合金的高温氧化行为.结果表明:在1000℃下,单纯均匀化热处理合金和热等静压+均匀化热处理的合金均具有良好的恒温氧化性能;而在900℃和1000℃条件下,热等静压+均匀化热处理合金的循环氧化性能明显优于单纯均匀化热处理合金的循环氧化性能.其原因为热等静压处理有助于消除合金内部微孔等缺陷,使合金组织的均匀化得到改善,降低氧化膜的热应力对循环氧化的影响.

STUDY ON HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDATION OF Al60Mn13Ti25V2 INTERMETALLIC
Abstract:Al60Mn13Ti25V2 intermetallic was heat treated by two ways.One was complex treatment of hot isostatic pressing (HIP)at 1200℃ and 173 MPa for 4 hours following homogenization treatment in vacuum furnace (4×10-4Pa)at 1100℃ for 48 hours.The other way was just homogenization treatment with the samecondition.Static and cycle oxidation behavior of the alloys treated by the two ways were studied at 900℃ and 1000℃ respectively.The results showed that oxidation resistance was high for the both treated alloys under the condition of static oxidation.Under the condition of cycle oxidation,however,the oxidation resistance of the HIP treated alloy was much better than that of the single homogenized treatment.The reason was that the HIP decreased porosity and Mn-rich region.
