| 摘 要： | 本文综合分析了苏州能源利用的基本情况、存在的主要问题、面临的能源供需形式,从能源在苏州国民经济发展中的总体战略地位出发,确定苏州能源发展的基本思路:坚持"节约放在首位"的能源发展总方针,采取各种有效措施合理利用能源,提高能源利用效率,促进能源、经济、环境的协调发展。

| Abstract: | In this article, it analyzes the energy consumption, and the main problems caused by energy use and supply in Suzhou. Based on the role of energy playing in the development of Suzhou social economy, some measures are proposed for properly energy consumption, so as to raise energy utilization efficiency. This is to realize the coordinative development of energy, economy and the environment. |
