| 摘 要： | 把DFM思想引入到注塑模具的结构设计中，采取了分阶段对产品进行设计和可制造性评价的策略，并以此为基础进行产品结构方案的评价，提供了总体的设计修改意见。通过将制造知识引入到设计的早期阶段，克服了由于设计不合理反复试模的弊端，降低了产品成本，缩短了模具制造周期。

| Abstract: | The idea of DFM into structure-design of injection mould,it use the method that in different phase go on the evaluation of design and manufacturability, based on this go on the evaluation of product structure scheme,provide entire improve opinion of design. Through introduced the manufacturing knowledge at early design, overcome the abuse of repeat testing model because of the unreasonable design, reduce the cost of product, short the manufacturing cycle of injection mould. |
