摘    要:当断路器发生单相重燃时,电容器组中性点会产生高频振荡,出现较大的过电压,这一过电压传递到电容器上,导致电容器对地也出现较高过电压,而电容器极间无过电压产生。当断路器发生两相重燃时,除了中性点和电容器对地出现过电压外,电容器极间也会出现过电压。由于并联电容器开断时间和重燃时间存在随机性,并不总是在最严重的时刻发生,因此实际的过电压较仿真结果要小。

Abstract:Neutral point of capacitor bank would produce high-frequency oscillation and appear larger overvohage when the circuit breaker in single-phase rekindle. Overvoltage in capacitor to ground was too high, and the capacitor electrode did not produce overvoltage. The capacitor electrode would produce overvoltage when the circuit breaker in two-phase rekindle. The breaking time and rekindle time of the parallel capacitor were random, the realistic overvohage was smaller than simulation result.
