| Abstract: | Comprehensive analysis is made on the construction situations of residential quarters. From the change of design concept, the development of house type, environment landscape design, real estate management and other aspects detail discussion is made. The idea of regarding human being as the basis is emphasized; in addition, the disadvantages existed and developmental direction are pointed out. |
