防爆风机主轴单元静、动态特性分析

摘    要:采用有限元分析方法,根据防爆风机工作情况及主轴单元结构建立了主轴单元的三维计算模型,运用ANSYS软件,对主轴单元结构和静、动态特性进行了计算,具体包括主轴在载荷作用下所受的应力、产生的变形、各阶固有频率和振型、临界转速等,为优化主轴结构和改善主轴的动静态特性提供理论依据.根据振动测试原理,建立了主轴单元的动态测试系统,对主轴单元进行试验模态分析.通过采集系统输入与输出信号,经参数识别而获得试验模态参数.将理论计算与试验结果相比较,结果表明,所建立的模型是有效的.文中对数据进行了分析,提出了改进主轴结构的建议.

Abstract:By adopting the finite element method and on the basis of the working condition of explosion protection blower and structure of main spindle unit, the 3D calculation modeling of main spindle unit was established. Using the ANSYS software the calculations on the structure of main spindle unit and the static and dynamic properties were carried out. It includes concretely the stress accepted by the main shaft under the action of loading, the generated deformation, the each ordered inherent frequency and vibration type and critical rotation speed etc. , thus provided theoretical basis for the optimization of main shaft structure and the improvements on the static and dynamic properties of main shaft. The dynamic testing system of main spindle unit was established according to the testing principle of vibration, and the testing modality analysis was carried out on the main spindle unit. The signals were inputted and outputted by means of collection system and through the recognition of parameters to obtain the modality parameters of test. Let the theoretical computation be compared with the result of experiment, the result indicated that the being established model was effective. An analysis was made on the data in this paper, and suggestions for improving the structure of main spindle were put forward.
