水性油墨黏度的影响因素及黏度对柔印网点增大的影响

摘    要:为了控制油墨黏度对网点增大的影响,研究了油墨黏度的影响因素以及在黏度变化后柔印网点增大的表现。通过改变油墨浓度、调整pH值、控制油墨温度,使油墨黏度发生变化,用所得的不同黏度的油墨印刷,并进行网点增大的检测,再与油墨在正常黏度时印刷所得网点效果进行比较。实验结果表明:pH值升高、温度降低都会使油墨黏度增大。油墨浓度不同时黏度也会发生相应变化。印刷时油墨黏度过高,油墨转移性能较差;油墨黏度过低,网点增大较严重。

Abstract:In order to control the impact of viscosity of the ink to dot gain, this paper studied the impact factors of ink on the viscosity and the performance of dot gain when the ink viscosity had changed. Ink viscosity changed when changed the concentration of ink, adjusted pH value, or controlled the temperature of ink. The different viscosity of the ink has been done printing and then detect the dot gain value. The dot gain value has been compared with the dot gain value which has been detected in the normal ink viscosity. The results showed that., ink viscosity increases when pH value increased or the temperature been reduced. Ink viscosity changed corresponding the change of ink concentration. When printing ink viscosity was too high, ink transferred worse. When Ink viscosity was too low, the dot gain was more serious.
