Abstract:The blend ratio of rubbers in vulcanizate of SBR/BR/NR was determined quantiatively by pyrolysis gas chromatography ( PGC ) equipped with fused silica capillary column and a Curie point pyrolyzer.The method is very simple and rapid, with high resolution,and it is not need to pre-extract and weigh the sample before PGC analysis.Especially,this method is suitable for the quality control analysis of production of rubber goods. The results showed that the standard deviation and the coefficient of variation were within the range of 1.01-1.49 and 2.50-5.84,respectively.
