| 摘 要： | 通信系统中新技术和新器件的应用使过电压保护更为重要，从过电压的产生和对通信系统危害机制入手，总结了几项消除和减小过电压危害的原则，并结合通信系统的实际，提出了过电压保护的措施，最后，提出了加强通信系统过电压保护技术管理的建议。

| Abstract: | Due to the application of new technique and new instrument,over voltage protection become more important.From the mechanism of over voltage generation and its dangers to communication system,the principles avoiding and decreasing dangerous effects are summarized,relating to communication system practical situation,the measures of over voltage protection are suggested. Finally,the suggestions to strengthen technical management of over voltage protection of communication system are put out. |
