摘    要:为解决钢水测温连续性差,成本高、误差大,实时性差,劳动强度大等难题,以VB为开发平台,采用新型组合式金属陶瓷热电偶为温度传感器,建立钢水多通道连续测温系统,实现在结晶器里多点连续测温.

Abstract:The temperature measurement system is based on VB workbench, by using of combination cermet thermal couple as temperature sensor, which can solve the difficult problem in the temperature measurement of the liquid steel, such as the bad continuity ,high cost, large error, and the worse real-time and so on . It can also accomplish multi-spot temperature measurement continuously in mold.
