钛合金激光焊接过程中气体保护问题的研究

摘    要:研究了钛合金焊接所存在的主要缺陷及引起缺陷的原因;分析了大气中的氢、氧、氮对焊缝质量的影响及钛合金激光焊接过程中气体保护的必要性;重点研究了气体保护装置的设计及其使用.根据钛合金焊接温度场模拟,选择了安全的温度区间,结合温度场的影响,分析了各工艺参数对焊接质量的影响.
