摘    要:针对Ziegler-Natta催化剂制备中氯丁烷监测分析周期过长而影响催化剂制备的问题,提出改进的分析方法。新方法在原色谱分离系统中加入一根1m×3mm的20%TCP/6201预分离柱和切换阀,通过预分离柱和阀切换,将氯丁烷之后的非分析组分反吹出分离系统,分析周期从40min缩短为12min,改善了分离度,降低了监测限,方法的相对标准误差小于2 8%,满足了工艺要求。该方法已用于催化剂制备中质量控制分析。

Abstract:An improved method was explored to solve the long analysis time problem of chrolobutane in Ziegler-Natta catalyst production.A 1 m×3 mm pre-column coated with 20%TCP on 6201 support and a switching valve were introduced to the original gas chromatography system.With help of pre-column and valve,the components eluted after chrolobutane were back-flushed from the separation system.Analytical cycle was shortened from 40 min to 12 min,at the same time separation of chrolobutane was improved due to lowering of detecting limit.Relative standard error of the method was less than 2.8%.The new method matched the need of controlling quality of Ziegler-Natta catalyst during production.
