桤木碱法浆中金属离子的滞留性能初探

摘    要:进行桤木碱法浆中金属离子的滞留机理研究,结果表明,经自来水洗涤干净的未漂浆中仍含有大量金属离子;金属离子的种类,含量主要与试验的原料有关,也受所用的药品,水及金属设备影响。未漂浆中各种金属离子的滞留特性是由金属离子本身的电子层结构所决定的。试验结果表明,漂前降低过渡金属离子含量的预处理及漂白时添加适当螯合剂控制过渡金属离子的措施是非常重要的。

Abstract:The retentivity mechanism of metal ions in alkaline pulp of alnus wood was investigated The results show that a great quantity of metal ions still remain in the thoroughly washed unbleached pulp with tapwater The sorts and contents of mental ions in the pulp are related closely to wood raw material, washing water, adding chemicals and the metallic apparatus used The retaining state and ratio of each mental ion species in unbleached pulp are mainly affected by electronic configuration of the ions The experimental results prove further it is of importance for the pulp bleaching, to optimize the contents of metal ions in unbleached pulp by means of pretreating, to reduce the effect of transition mental ions with the addition of chemicals during pulp bleaching
