摘    要:传统的直线、圆弧逼近复杂型面的零件加工方法存在加工表面质量差、精度低等不足。本文提出了一种用等斜率圆弧逼近复杂曲线的加工方法。阐述了依靠等斜率法确定两节点间的第三点、进而求出圆弧半径的编程原理,通过实例详细介绍了它的应用及注意事项。对比传统加工方法,本方法加工精度高、加工表面质量好等优点。

Abstract:There are some shortages to machining complex outline part by the conventional means of beeline and circularity approaching it.The method of equivalency slope circularity approaching was presented for this.The programming principle of ascertaining the third point between two node and arc radius in turn through equivalency slope was shown;Apply methods and notice were respectively introduced by the example.This method is feasible and advantageous on machining precision and surface quality comparing with the conventional means.
