对甲氧基肉桂酸的合成研究

摘    要:研究了对甲氧基苯甲醛和丙二酸的Knoevenagel反应合成对甲氧基肉桂酸。详细考察了催化剂种类和用量、反应温度、反应时间、”(丙二酸):n(对甲氧基苯甲醛)等因素对反应结果的影响,得到了较佳的合成工艺条件。在n(丙二酸):n(对甲氧基苯甲醛)=1.2:1、优(吡啶):m(苯胺)=1:1复合催化剂用量为反应混合物质量的12%、反应温度90℃、反应时间4h的较佳反应条件下,产品对甲氧基肉桂酸的收率达78.8%,熔点:171-175℃(文献值170-174℃),质量分数为99.3%。

Abstract:The synthesis of p-methoxycinnamic acid was studied by the Knoevenagel reaction of p-me-thoxybenzaldehyde with propanedioic acid. The influences of some factors on yield of p-methoxycin- namic acid, such as kind and dosage of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and n(propanedioic acid) : n (p-methoxybenzaldehyde) were investigated. Under the optimum reaction conditions : n (pro- panedioic acid) : n(p-methoxybenzaldehyde) 1.2 : 1, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 4 h, the dosage of catalytic system (composed by pyridine and aniline,m(pyndine) : m(aniline)=1 : 1) ac- counting for 12% of the reaction mixture, the yield of the product was 78. 8% ,its melt point and assay were were 171-175 ℃ and 99.3%,respectively. ,respectively.
