安钢厚规格Q420C钢板的轧制工艺试验

摘    要:通过在安钢炉卷轧机进行的Q420C厚规格钢板轧制工艺的对比试验,发现在轧制压缩比较小的厚规格低合金高强度板时,采用再结晶区轧制成型,并配合有效的控制轧制冷却工艺,是一种对低压缩比厚规格更为有效的轧制工艺.

Abstract:Through the comparative test of rolling technology for Q420C thick steel plate in Anyang Steckel mill,it is found that the recrystallization rolling combined with the effective control cooling is an effective rolling technology for thick plate with low compression ratio when rolling low alloy high strength thick plate
